The acquired commercial building on Mortimer Street is located in the popular and bustling Fitzrovia district of London, which borders the well-known Mayfair and Marylebone districts. Mortimer Street is an important link between the neighborhood and the famous Hyde Park to the west, making it an extremely attractive macro and micro location.

However, the building is not a simple business case. The previous use by a single tenant ends, which raises several questions for the future of the building. On the one hand, the property must be brought up to a contemporary rental standard. Together with the planning office Squire & Partner, KCM is developing an office building that meets the complex needs of employees and companies. The structure of the building will be completely redesigned and additional areas will be added.
